Galatians 3:10-14 - Christ fulfilled the law for us

Setting – Paul established justification comes through Christ and not the Law

Content – To be justified by the Law one must follow all that is written in the law (v. 10), “CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO DOES NOT ABIDE BY ALL THINGS WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF THE LAW, TO PERFORM THEM”. But the reality of this goal is futile (v. 11), “Now that no one is justified by the Law before God is evident” but the alternative is (v. 11), “THE RIGHTEOUS MAN SHALL LIVE BY FAITH.” The problem with the law is that (v. 12), “the Law is not of faith”.
But the since the law was nullified, what do we do in order to be justified? Christ took the curse of he law on himself (v. 13), “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us--for it is written, "CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO HANGS ON A TREE”.

Application – Paul explains further to the Galatians that their justification comes through faith in Christ because of what Christ did, which he become the curse instead of us.
We are forever indebted to Christ for our salvation. He alone became the fulfillment of the law in being perfect and being becoming the curse instead of us. Now our righteousness is based on our faith. We believe that Christ dead for our sins and the he alone is why we are justified.
When we stand before God we are seen as perfect like Christ, only because of what Christ has done for us.
